Introduced by the NRP and regulated by the Budget Law 2022, the Gender Equality Certification according to UNI/PdR 125:2022 is a nationally-valid three-year certificate for those companies that demonstrate that they have embraced the gender equality paradigm in their culture, strategy and action plans in order to reduce gender inequality internally.

The Company has decided to embark on this path this year with the goal of creating a positive work environment that promotes the well-being of all men and women workers.

We are proud to say that in July 2025 we achieved this recognition, which is the culmination of a journey that has seen our people committed to promoting policies to reduce the gender gap and ensure fair and transparent work processes and opportunities for growth, eliminating the gender pay gap, guaranteeing inclusiveness in our workplace and protecting parenthood and work-life balance through specific projects.
